2. Physical Products
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
3. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@deafvictoria.org.au If the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Your email address will only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent.
