Simon Andersson is President of Deaf Victoria, bringing extensive experience across advocacy, project management and community development. With a career spanning Deaf Australia, Deaf Connect and government advisory roles, he is committed to improving access and outcomes for Deaf and hard of hearing Victorians. A former Advocacy Officer at Deaf Victoria, Simon has a strong understanding of community needs and systems. He is passionate about strengthening Auslan recognition, driving inclusion and creating meaningful, lasting change.
