Khishkok is a caring and passionate Peer Support Navigator. Khishkok is a qualified Social Worker and brings a unique perspective to the team as a female, deaf and refugee from an Iraqi background.
She loves to support deaf and hard of hearing people to achieve their goals and cares deeply about maximising accessibility for people with disabilities and the deaf community.
Khishkok believes that a good Peer Support Navigator is efficient, has excellent listening skills, problem solver, critical thinker and focuses on people’s strengths to assist them in building their skills.
Khishkok enjoys drawing, bush walking, photography and reading. She also loves spending time with her family and friends. Khishkok hopes to travel and explore new destinations.
